Emirates British Nursery (EBN) operates in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, fully aligned with the British National Curriculum. Strong emphasis is placed on delivering a broad, balanced, and developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports children in building a strong foundation of knowledge, skills, and understanding. Core Responsibilities
Engage children in age-appropriate activities that ensure safety while supporting physical, emotional, social, and educational development.
Plan and deliver structured educational activities and learning programmes that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent learning.
Maintain a consistently high standard of care and education while working within the guidelines of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
Promote inclusion by encouraging acceptance of all children and adapting activities to meet individual learning needs using appropriate teaching strategies.
Observe, monitor, assess, and document children’s progress and individual requirements using the Learning and Development Profile Book.

What We Are Looking For
A university degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related specialization, supported by a certified vocational qualification in early childhood care and education (Level III).
Alternatively, a high school diploma combined with a certified vocational qualification in early childhood care and education (CACHE Level 3), along with a minimum of two years’ experience working in childcare or early education.
Native-level proficiency in the English language, with strong communication skills.
Candidates currently based in Dubai or those planning to relocate to Dubai are preferred, regardless of existing employment opportunities.
