Senior Project Lead

KUWAITNET is seeking an experienced Senior Project Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT and digital projects for our clients across Kuwait and the GCC. You will manage multiple concurrent projects — from web platforms and mobile applications to enterprise systems — acting as the primary bridge between clients, design teams, QA teams, and development teams. This is a client-facing leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full accountability for delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously, including e-commerce platforms, enterprise content management portals, web applications, booking systems, banking applications, and iOS/Android mobile apps
• Meet with clients to gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare project plans, wireframes, System Requirements Specifications (SRS), and technical documentation
• Track and report on project status, progress, budget, risks, and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of designers, front-end developers, and back-end developers
• Act as liaison between teams, managing hand-off sessions and code releases to ensure business continuity
• Work closely with QA to ensure all project requirements and quality standards are met
• Own end-to-end delivery, from kickoff through go-live and handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of IT project management experience
• Experience managing enterprise IT or digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (Arabic & English)
