Field Specialist – Liner Hanger & Intelligent Production System
- Running multiple medium to high-risk applications in one or more product lines in the Completion and Well intervention Product Group( Intelligent Production System/Liner hanger systems).
- Expanding and applying application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Completions, Liner hanger systems and Intelligent Production System Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job
- Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
- Using experience and knowledge of applications to ensure products and services are of highest quality.
- Conducting and or attending on-the-job training for some Wellbore Construction and Liner Hanger applications as required for sharing knowledge and gaining experience.
Work Experience
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering .
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cased hole completion, Liner hanger systems and Intelligent Production System
- Have an ability to be pro-active and communicate well with others.

Field Specialist – Surface pressure control
- Performing on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair and calibration after installation
- Responding to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment
- Providing technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer’s sites, developing and further expand technical knowledge and expertise, currently recognized industry standards for engineering ability
- Maintaining knowledge of applicable product line warranties, and accomplish effective warranty administration
- Planning, preparing and/or instructing both internal and external training programs as required, to impart and perpetuate field engineering and/or product knowledge in area of specialization
- Providing leadership and technical direction to skilled labor performing work on customer sites
- Maintaining strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within BH safety standards
- Preparing timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Diploma or technical school for a certified college.
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in wellhead and Xmas tree installation & 3 years of experience in Offshore Services providing innovative, adaptive technical solutions and support to customers in Oil & Gas industry
- Have the ability to inspect equipment prior to it going offshore & Work closely with workshop teams to meet loadout deadlines
- Have the ability to understand Technical drawings & Use of company e-tools to retrieve technical documents when required
- Have experience in Installing and maintaining Surface Wellheads and X/Tree’s (Offshore): HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature); Metal to Metal, Quick Lock Connectors
- Have experience in Replacing Valve Seats & Gates (On location) , Carry out Wellhead Upgrades as per engineering Project Related Procedures (PRPs) / Field Service Manual (FSM) Able to fault diagnose
- Have experience to perform field repair of valve actuator(s)
- Have experience to Use Hydraulic tools – pumps , running tools , bolting tools etc
- Have ability to work effectively with minimum supervision Train & lead New hires & self Competency focused

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The responsibilities of the Sales Representative but are not limited to:
- Conduct tour visits on daily basis to the current prospective customers to check the products stocks availability, obtain new purchasing orders , and focus on new developing new business opportunity for OEM particularly .
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and benefits.
- Follow up delivering the purchased orders to concerned location, and ensure of delivering the proper orders in timely manner.
- Negotiate with new accounts the products price , and given services in line with comprehensive information for credit terms & bid specifications.
- Collect the customer’s credit payment as per schedule, and submit it to finance department (as per sales type policy).

AFTERSALES TRAINER
Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Implement the training plans and training calendar as per Manufacturer’s guidelines with training budgets and submit them to management for approval.
- Design, develop, and prepare training material such as training handbooks, multimedia visual aids, videos, computer tutorials, presentations, articles, assessment tests, role play, case studies, quizzes, etc.
- Monitor training results, follow up on implementation, and measure the efficiency of training; coach and assist employees with problems concerning how to perform specific tasks and duties and contribute to the implementation of new processes.
- Make suggestions for improving work processes and update training material and training methodologies accordingly.
- Conduct assessment tests for employees and applicants in order to determine the appropriate level of training, applicants’ level of competence, employee promotions, etc.
- Conduct in-house training for the employees, collect feedback in order to identify areas for improvement in training activities and contribute to developing solutions accordingly.
- Identify external training sources, conduct pre-and post-training assessments, and recommend external training partners accordingly.
