RECEPTIONIST

The receptionist position requires an individual who acts as interface with patients, doctors, and other staff. Responsibilities include handling all incoming calls, contacting patients to schedule and reconfirm appointments, and following up with patient requests. Greeting patients/visitors, and checking patients in and out. Assisting department with various duties as needed. In addition, this position will be responsible for obtaining all information relating to patients, and collection and dissemination of information to the medical record and information system.

Responsibilities
Supervising Incoming and Outgoing payments as well as the Outward and Inward clearing.
to ensure smooth branch operation function
Investigate any difference or opening items appeared in the Reconciliation report. Review the SOC (statement of condition) on a daily basis.
Maintain tight control on all branch sundry & suspense & incomes Accounts & prepare/report monthly statements to concerned units.
Ensure all branch GL lines monitored, balanced & reconciled as per guidance.
Report deviation / exceptions to concerned authority as per slandered practice recommended by the Business/ Branch Control unit as per TAT
Ensure any changes/modifications to the processes & policies made by H.O are timely implemented.
Supervising all Trade / FTC related activities.
Supervising Back office Treasury activities
Ensure proper reconciliation in the Branch SOC (Statement of Condition) for all transactions of previous day affecting the nostro, mirror and inter-branch accounts. Arrange to pass entries wherever required.
Highlight system changes required to overcome processing problems Head of Business to do the UAT to implement the changes;
Ensure proper record keeping in line with SOPs for those functions;
Perform the Custodian function for the secured documents in line with the related SOP.
Ensure Quality and adherence to SLA in all areas of activities and resolving issues raised by the Treasury function/ TOC Dubai.
Qualifications
5 years of banking experience in similar position.
Fair knowledge of AML, Retail & corporate products.
Knowledge of Branch Operational Procedures and policy.
Supervisory skills, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

•Create and transmit remittance data to Banks through Website/ Swift/ SFTP and ensuring availability of funds to prevent any rejections.
•Adhere to the cutoff set by banks when uploading the remittance file to the bank server.
•Monitor FTP server auto-mails to ensure timely file transfers.
•Ensure to acquire same-day acknowledgements / confirmations from banks and agents for all transmitted data files.
•Monitor file transfers by generating reports from the system to identify the Banks where the files were not sent.
•Export old, filed documents to the store by labeling the batches to ensure ease in retrievals.
•Communicate with branches and Helpdesk team through email regarding any file holds, rejections or delays caused by technical issues or unprecedented events.
•Responsible for providing Payment advise/Swift copies to the customer on daily basis.
•Log sheet to be maintained and reported to the OM/SOM on daily basis.
