Front Office Night Supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a
related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Basic understanding of hotel accounting and night audit procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
