SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The responsibilities of the Sales Representative but are not limited to:
- Conduct tour visits on daily basis to the current prospective customers to check the products stocks availability, obtain new purchasing orders , and focus on new developing new business opportunity for OEM particularly .
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and benefits.
- Follow up delivering the purchased orders to concerned location, and ensure of delivering the proper orders in timely manner.
- Negotiate with new accounts the products price , and given services in line with comprehensive information for credit terms & bid specifications.
- Collect the customer’s credit payment as per schedule, and submit it to finance department (as per sales type policy).
- Maintain & enhance the relationship with existed customers, which support for new selling acquisitions and support for conducting customers surveys smoothly.
- Observe the products displaying layout in shops, and the stocking environment to maintain it at good conditions, and in safety environment ( Co- Operatives ).
- Enter the products’ bar codes into the system & price rate, and ensure of updating all existed items (Co- operatives).
- Observe the other competitors markets expand to ensure company products within market range, and discuss with top management for immediate actions.
- Report the direct manager the daily sales movement, and recommend the potential customers to process their needs.
- Review with finance department the monthly accounts statements to check the customer’s credit history & possibility for new selling deals accordingly with direct manager.
Education:
- Bachelor degree /Diploma in Sales.
Certification:
- Certificates of soft skills & training courses if any
Experience:
- 5- 8 years’ experience in same position, Similar field is preferable
- Kuwait Driving License must.
AFTERSALES TRAINER
Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Implement the training plans and training calendar as per Manufacturer’s guidelines with training budgets and submit them to management for approval.
- Design, develop, and prepare training material such as training handbooks, multimedia visual aids, videos, computer tutorials, presentations, articles, assessment tests, role play, case studies, quizzes, etc.
- Monitor training results, follow up on implementation, and measure the efficiency of training; coach and assist employees with problems concerning how to perform specific tasks and duties and contribute to the implementation of new processes.
- Make suggestions for improving work processes and update training material and training methodologies accordingly.
- Conduct assessment tests for employees and applicants in order to determine the appropriate level of training, applicants’ level of competence, employee promotions, etc.
- Conduct in-house training for the employees, collect feedback in order to identify areas for improvement in training activities and contribute to developing solutions accordingly.
- Identify external training sources, conduct pre-and post-training assessments, and recommend external training partners accordingly.
- Report on training activities to management, identify gaps in the implementation of training plans, and recommend alternative solutions.
- Monitor the staff performance based on the training delivered and set action plans to improve where necessary.
- Assist and guide the staff during on-floor coaching as per business requirements.
- Deliver on-board training for new joiners.
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations on the training delivered and plans.
- Assist in conducting the National skill contests based on a proper timeline.
- Prepare contestants for regional and Global contests.
- Assist in improving the work process across aftersales to improve customer’s experience and staff efficiency.
Qualification & Experience Level
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (mechanical or automobile engineering is preferable)
Experience:

Job Description
Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of short- and long-term direct cash forecasting across all entities and regions of the Group. The role supports liquidity planning and investment decisions by consolidating and analyzing data inputs and collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain the Group’s short-, medium-, and long-term direct cash flow forecasts at the entity, cluster, and Group level.
• Aggregate and analyze business inputs and financial data to support liquidity management, funding strategies, and investment planning.
• Liaise with clusters, FP&A, Reporting, AR/AP, tax, and other departments to ensure complete and timely forecasting inputs.
• Regularly assess forecasting performance and identify drivers of forecast variance.
• Continuously enhance forecasting models and assumptions based on business evolution and historical data.
• Provide timely forecast insights to Treasury leadership for decision support and reporting.
• Support system integration of forecasting logic and reporting through TMS and Oracle Fusion.
