It all began when a group of 5 dynamic Kuwaiti entrepreneurs and friends came together and set out to bring the region the food experiences it deserves from all around the world. In June 2010, they founded TABCo.

With a mission in mind and values at heart, TABCo. Quickly but steadily grew. Today we operate across the Elevation Burger brand in Kuwait with a total of 17 branches and over 260 team members and continuously expanding. Elevation Burger

Hans Hess could not find the burger he dreamed of, so back in 2002 he decide to make his own. By 2005, the first Elevation Burger opened in the States. In 2009, TABCo picked up on Elevation Burger’s innovative concept and fell in love with the organically delicious burgers.

Quality Ingredients

Burgers are made of beef that is 100% USDA-certified organic, 100% grass-fed,100% free-range, ground on premises, and 100% halal. Which means our cows are never given antibiotics and are free of pesticides and other chemicals. Cows are not raised on grains like most other cows, which results in beef that contains higher levels of healthy fatty-acids (Omega 3’s) and less saturated fat. Fries are always freshly cut on and cooked in 100% Heart Healthy Olive Oil!

Training shift leaders play an incredibly important role within Elevation Burger. Becoming a training shift leader is the next step up from crew. Our Training shift leaders are responsible for training our crew members for their day-to-day tasks of serving customers, preparing food, keeping our restaurants and kitchens clean and tidy and working well as part of a team. As part of their role, they assess crew skills and offer them extra help with any tasks they may have problems completing.

The Responsibilities:

Ability to run a shift during non-peak times
Keeping the BOH floors free of debris and product for safe movement through the BOH
Check off all deliveries when they arrive in an efficient and timely manner
Check merchandise and supply deliveries for accuracy, verifying that quantities received match the orders forms, and invoices
Stocking of products (According to FIFO)
Maintain an accurate knowledge of product inventory and locations.
Ensure product is rotated on a regular basis
ensuring all product remain unexpired
When applicable, inform management of any items which are not available
Communicate with the store managers regarding deliveries
Maintain ongoing and proactive communication with management regarding order overages and shortages, and delivery delays
Assists in monthly inventory and training of all new joiners.

The Qualifications

TABCo Group looking to hire an experienced Crew who will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of serving customers, preparing food, keeping our restaurants and kitchens clean, tidy and hygienic and working well as part of a team.
