Job Details
- Position: Area Sales Manager

- Target Segments: B2B, B2C, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering)
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets for 5-gallon and PET bottled water products
- Onboarding new corporate and retail clients
- Managing supervisors, sales executives, and delivery drivers
- Driving customer retention strategies through digital wallet and coupon adoption
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- Ensuring timely collections and effective credit management
- Supporting business growth across Dubai, Sharjah, and Northern Emirates
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience
- 5–8 years of FMCG sales experience
- Food & Beverage industry experience preferred
Leadership Experience
- 2–3 years in a leadership role within the UAE market
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of UAE geography including Dubai, Sharjah, and Northern Emirates
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and sales management skills
License
- Valid UAE Driving License required
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu knowledge is an added advantage
