Manager – Finance & Accounts

Responsibilities

•Lead the development of comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic financial plans, directly influencing the company’s growth trajectory. •Identify and assess financial risks and growth opportunities to enhance the company’s resilience and profitability. •Plan and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency •Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting report •Deliver actionable insights through in-depth financial analysis to support executive decision-making. •Drive business performance by closely monitoring financial outcomes against forecasts, identifying opportunities for optimization, and recommending strategic adjustments. •Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports. •Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards. •Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process and manage tax filings and regulatory reporting requirements. •Craft and execute risk management strategies that safeguard the company’s financial health. •Work collaboratively with group and operations •Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. •Provide training and development opportunities to build team capabilities and support career growth •Cash Flow Management & forecasting,monitoring day-to-day transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and invoicing. •Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to minimize them. •Supervising accounting staff and overseeing financial systems •Ensure adherence to Group policies

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and create financial models for decision making • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and tracking of operational metrics • Report on financial performance and prepare materials for regular management reviews • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements • Work closely with the Finance teams of business verticals to ensure accurate financial reporting • Recommend actions through data analysis and interpretation and prepare comparative analysis • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards • Enhance productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools • Conduct market research, data mining, business intelligence, business valuations, perform industry comparison, peer reviews, create Benchmark and KPI’s as applicable to various businesses • Perform Business and Equity valuation for Mergers & Acquisitions and Exit probabilities.
