Open Positions & Qualifications

Role : Hotel Director of Operations

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management; an MBA or relevant Master’s degree is a strong advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience as a Director of Operations or equivalent.
  • Successful experience in the Qatar or GCC market is required.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, proficiency in operations management software, and fluency in both English and Arabic
