Storekeeper
Jazeera Airways is looking for a Storekeeper who would be responsible for supporting daily store operations and ensuring proper handling, storage, issuance, and documentation of aircraft materials and tools in compliance with aviation and company standards. The Storekeeper works closely with the Materials and Supply Chain team to support maintenance activities and ensure parts availability.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Issue spare parts and materials for both line and base maintenance operations.
- Ensure storage facilities are maintained in optimal condition, meeting aviation standards.
- Update material requirements for scheduled maintenance events such as engine changes, C-checks, and unscheduled tasks.
- Follow safety, housekeeping, and material handling procedures as per company and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle delivery and collection of spare parts to and from aircraft.
- Assist Store Inspectors in binning received and inspected materials into correct storage locations.
- Generate and update reports including quarantine items, unserviceable parts, pick slip transactions, fast-moving items, and stock levels.
- Ensure all issued rotables have corresponding serviceable tags and supporting documents; pursue return of removed components with unserviceable tags and documents.
- Handle the picking and packing of both serviceable and unserviceable materials.
- Assist in annual and mid-year stock takes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Good command of the English and Arabic languages
Degree in Supply Chain, Aircraft Maintenance, or other related field or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation supply chain or materials handling.
Good knowledge of supply chain procedures and best practices.
Familiarity with documents such as authorized release certificates, shop findings/visit reports, MSDS, and certificates of conformity.
Understanding of aircraft parts classification: rotables, consumables, and expendables.
Experience with airline ERP systems and spreadsheet software.
IT Network Administrator
Jazeera Airways is looking for IT Network Administrator to ensure the continuous availability, performance, and security of the airline/airport network infrastructure that supports 24×7 mission-critical aviation operations. The IT Network Administrator will be responsible for maintaining a highly resilient, secure, and scalable network environment across airport terminals, airline offices, and operational facilities, enabling seamless passenger processing, flight operations, and coordination with airport stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, implement, and support highly available and redundant LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN networks across: Airport terminals , Airline offices , Check-in counters & boarding gates , Lounges, cargo terminals, and MRO facilities , Data centers and Disaster Recovery sites
- Administer and troubleshoot Aruba Switches and Cisco Switches & Routers in production airline/airport environments.
- Manage Aruba ClearPass for:
- Network Access Control (NAC)
- Secure access for staff, partners, vendors, and airport authorities
- 802.1X, BYOD, guest Wi-Fi, and role-based access policies
- Monitor and manage enterprise networks using Aruba Central
- Implement and support SD-WAN using Cisco Meraki for:
- Airport-to-HQ connectivity

- Ensure 99.9%+ network uptime for operationally critical systems including:

- Self check-in kiosks and CUTE/CUPPS environments
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for network incidents affecting flight operations

Production Planning Engineer
Jazeera Airways is looking for a Production Planning Engineer who would be responsible for preparing maintenance planning tasks, coordinating between Engineering and Line Maintenance. The role ensures efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance activities while maintaining compliance with aviation regulations and ensuring operational continuity.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Directs and monitors the scheduling of maintenance tasks, aligning workload with available resources, and setting precise start/completion timelines for Line Maintenance.
- Coordinates with Flight Operations to accommodate changes in maintenance or operational requirements.
- Monitors open deferred defects (DDL, ADD, OOPL, and CDD) and develops appropriate rectification plans in coordination with relevant teams.
- Reviews work order databases and aircraft check history after each task is completed.
- Updates finding statuses and ensures timely closure of open findings.
- Records task accomplishment statuses in the system for each aircraft.
- Assists in maintaining and distributing up-to-date technical manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and other publications, ensuring outdated versions are disposed of properly.
- Ensures accurate updating of Technical Log Sheets and aircraft maintenance records.
- Complies with applicable regulations and standards of Jazeera Airways, and actively participates in the Safety Management System by reporting hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years aviation experience in related field
- Knowledge of EASA Part M, EASA Part 145 and KUWAIT DGCA regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge, in respect to aircraft regulations and standards applicable to Jazeera fleet.
- Ability to read and demonstrate knowledge from technical publications.
- Knowledge in Airline application -based ERP system.
- Strong decision-making abilities and effective problem solving and negotiations skills.
