Role Overview

The Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC Retrofit & Replacement position is a critical role within the sales and engineering function, focused on HVAC plant room solutions. This role combines technical expertise, commercial awareness, and strong relationship management to drive retrofit and replacement opportunities across a wide range of HVAC systems, including chillers, DX systems, and airside equipment. The position requires close interaction with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored, energy-efficient solutions that meet operational and sustainability objectives.


Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers. A primary focus involves identifying and driving retrofit and replacement opportunities for HVAC plant room solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, operational goals, and regulatory standards.

Regular site visits are conducted to evaluate existing HVAC installations, identify efficiency gaps, and assess system performance. Field Specialist – Liner Hanger & Intelligent Production System

As a Field Specialist – Liner Hanger and Intelligent Production System you will be responsible for:

  • Running multiple medium to high-risk applications in one or more product lines in the Completion and Well intervention Product Group( Intelligent Production System/Liner hanger systems).
  • Expanding and applying application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Completions, Liner hanger systems and Intelligent Production System Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job
  • Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
  • Using experience and knowledge of applications to ensure products and services are of highest quality.
  • Conducting and or attending on-the-job training for some Wellbore Construction and Liner Hanger applications as required for sharing knowledge and gaining experience.

Work Experience

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering .
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cased hole completion, Liner hanger systems and Intelligent Production System
  • Have an ability to be pro-active and communicate well with others.
  • Have an ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on rig site.
