Taiba Hospital’s journey began in the early 2000s, led by Dr. Sanad Al-Fadala, a renowned Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) consultant. With over four decades of experience, Dr. Al-Fadala established Taiba Clinic, Kuwait’s first medical center specializing in day surgeries, in honor of his late mother, Taiba Sayed Yaseen Al Tabtabai. The naming of the clinic was influenced by Dr. Al-Fadala’s wife, the late Fatima Sulaiman Ibrahim Al Mussalem, who played an instrumental role in this tribute. In 2006, the Clinic expanded into Taiba Hospital, becoming the first private hospital in the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate.
