വിവരങ്ങൾ സമർപ്പിക്കണം: തൊഴിലുടമകൾ തങ്ങളുടെ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ ദിവസേനയുള്ള ജോലി സമയം, വിശ്രമ കാലയളവ്, പ്രതിവാര അവധി ദിവസങ്ങൾ, മറ്റ് ഔദ്യോഗിക അവധികൾ എന്നിവ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ PAM അംഗീകരിച്ച ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് സംവിധാനം വഴി സമർപ്പിക്കണം. ഈ വിവരങ്ങളിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും മാറ്റങ്ങളുണ്ടായാൽ ഉടനടി അപ്ഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് തൊഴിലുടമയുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തമാണ്.

പരിശോധനക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കും: PAM-ന്റെ ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് സംവിധാനത്തിലുള്ള വിവരങ്ങൾ, ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർമാർ ജോലിസ്ഥലത്ത് നടത്തുന്ന പരിശോധനകൾക്ക് ഔദ്യോഗിക രേഖയായി കണക്കാക്കും.
