Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Administrative Manager with recruitment and administrative support activities.
2. Handle daily office administration, including document management, meeting coordination, and visitor reception.
3. Support vehicle administration, including registration, fuel consumption tracking, and maintenance coordination.
4. Assist with accommodation management, including employee check-in/check-out and maintenance requests.
5. Prepare and process employee visa, permit, and related administrative documentation.
6. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to support administrative operations.
7. Work on shift schedules to ensure continuous administrative support when required.
8. Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.
3. Experience in overseas projects or the oil & gas industry is preferred.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong document preparation and administrative skills.
5. Basic English communication skills, with the ability to handle routine emails and documentation.
6. Detail-oriented, organized, service-minded, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Willing and able to work on shift schedules when required
