The Role:
To supervise merchandising operation in sales division to achieve company Merchandising standards by implementing & maintaining the company merchandising policy & Planogram in all trade channels.
 
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
College diploma.
2 years supervisory experience in similar FMCG van sales environment.
Ability to speak, write and read English fluently.
Driving license.

Area Sales Manager
About the Role:
The role of Area Sales Manager in Bakemart company focuses on pricing negotiations, sales forecasting, market development for new and existing products, and achieving revenue and profitability targets in line with organizational objectives.
 
Activities:
Generate and qualify new sales leads by identifying key decision-makers, assessing business potential, and converting opportunities into profitable deals. Follow up on supply chain activities to ensure on-time order execution and delivery.
Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals, including sales processes, structures, and best practices.
Maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
 
Requirement:
The Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
