Job Summary:

The Claims Executive will be responsible for managing and processing claims efficiently, ensuring proper coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Timely processing of quality, weight shortage, and other claims raised by buyers
Ensure all claims are supported with complete documentation
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and buyers
Analyze claims data and calculations accurately
Handle insurance applications for weight shortage claims
Communicate claims to suppliers after internal approvals
Follow up for recovery of losses
Ensure timely and accurate responses to buyers
Complete accounting procedures such as Debit/Credit Notes after settlements
Maintain updated records of all claims
Ensure confidentiality of all commercial and operational data

Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Knowledge of claims handling and documentation preferred
6–7 years of experience (preferably within the GCC region)
