Job Summary
The Associate Technician is responsible for supporting the execution of Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance activities while ensuring adherence to all safety, hygiene and quality standards applicable in the food industry environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance activities.
- Support the execution of breakdown maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Participate in condition monitoring maintenance to detect and resolve issues proactively.
- Monitor spare parts availability and timely communicate stock requirements or shortages.
- Perform routine checks on equipment and operating systems, addressing anomalies where necessary.

Job Summary
Manage the assigned sales team with general trade channels. Ensure that effective supervision and management of all aspects of sales assignment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure all sales routes under supervision have up to date route plans.
- To ensure that salesmen under area reconcile their stocks and cash deposit on a daily basis.
- Directly responsible for collection / reconciliation from company approved credit customers
- Ensure that all routes under supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their outlets on a daily basis as per the company must stock list.
