Qualifications & Experience
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in airline or airport operations, including significant experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Skills: * Proven expertise in Crisis Management and airline operational procedures.
- High proficiency in English (written and verbal) with strong report-writing skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to manage budgets and operational resources.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to develop staff performance.
